Evergreen AES will provide our clients with timely quotes for services requested. We will provide our clients with information regarding all of our services in an attempt to make our client’s job easier by utilizing a trusted contractor. Evergreen AES will work for the client, not the invoice amount. We will look for cost saving opportunities for our clients. We will be reliable, competitive, and innovative.

Preparation

We will complete a preparation checklist before departing on a project to make sure:

  • Arrive to a project in a timely manner.
  • Come prepared to complete the project as quoted.
  • Ensure proper coordination and verification with client before job begins.

Evergreen AES will arrive on-site with a positive attitude. We will be polite, sincere, helpful, and treat each customer with respect.

Project Completion

Evergreen AES will complete all projects efficiently and cost effectively as possible. We will communicate with the client regarding the status of the project including any deviations from original scope or problems/issues that are encountered. Evergreen AES will not leave the job site or project without first making sure our client is happy with our services and to see if there is anything else they require.

Follow Through

We will follow up with clients, when appropriate, to make sure they are satisfied with the services provided. Evergreen AES will invoice clients promptly after services are performed. We will promptly address any concerns that the client has regarding our services or invoicing and provide proper documentation.

Our goal is to provide superior customer service to our clients to reduce the burden of their daily work load. If we do not live up to these expectations, we will discount our invoice to our clients appropriately.
