Evergreen AES has the necessary equipment to be your Oil Spill Response Organization (OSRO) and provide marine spill response for your facility.
We have the OSRO classification of Maximum Most Probable Discharge (MMPD) for rivers and canals in Sector Ohio Valley.
Our marine spill response resources are listed within the U.S. Coast Guard Oil Spill Removal Organization (OSRO) Classification and are maintained and exercised annually in accordance with the U.S. Coast Guard PREP and OPA 90 readiness guidelines. All resources and maintenance records are available for inspection upon your request. In the event of a marine spill response, Evergreen AES will have personnel and equipment at your facility within 1 to 2 hours of notification.

Our OSRO services include 6,000 feet of river boom with a 12-inch draft and 6-inch freeboard. Equipment available for a marine spill response also included rapid response boats, skimmers, vacuum trucks and tankers, and absorbents. Once the initial emergency is controlled and contained, Evergreen AES can provide non-hazardous and hazardous waste disposal, removal, and site restoration. A full complement of experienced and certified 40-hour hazardous waste site workers is available to provide 24-hour marine spill response services.
