Evergreen AES can provide site investigations for residential, commercial and industrial properties.

A site investigation of soil, rock, fault distribution and bedrock properties on and below an area of interest can determine their engineering properties, including how they will interact with, on or in a proposed construction. Site investigations are needed to gain an understanding of the area in or on which the engineering will take place.

Evergreen AES has also provided site investigations that include the assessment of the risk to humans, property and the environment from natural hazards such as earthquakes, landslides, sinkholes, soil liquefaction, debris flows and rock falls. Site investigations include assessing conditions or practices at a site to determine whether they do presently, or may likely in the future, contribute to environmental contamination from a variety of potential sources. Assessments also evaluate possible targets in the area that may be affected by any discovered contamination.
