Environmental Assessment
Evergreen AES can provide environmental assessments for residential, commercial, and industrial property. The purpose of an environmental assessment is to evaluate a subject property’s potential for the presence of environmental attributes, considering everything from endangered species to existing hazardous waste to historical significance.

Evergreen AES’ environmental assessment involves a site visit by qualified professionals and document review of the surrounding area to determine if further investigation is advised. Document review also includes a review of local governmental documents regarding the site to determine past usage.
Evergreen AES provides all three phases necessary to deal with environmental contamination:
- Phase I: To identify the presence of hazards such as asbestos, radon, pcbs, or leaking underground storage tanks.
- Phase II: To estimate the cost of environmental remediation or cleanup.
- Phase III: To re-mediate the environmental contamination
Evergreen AES personnel will be available to answer questions regarding the contents of the Report and to explain the findings and recommendations that result from the Assessment. The Environmental Assessment includes no invasive sampling or analytical testing unless requested as an additional service.
